The self-efficacy is regarded remarkably as an important mechanism governing the human behavior and perception on the social cognitive theory. The self-efficacy will more devote oneself to achieve one's personal desirable goal, and more to concentrate on the task-oriented action, and more to establish one's personal desirable goal. and will conduct to the improving result on an organizational commitment and job satisfaction through the improving work performance. on this study result, the self-efficacy influenced to the work performance as a negative function.
The result of this study for the effect of a self-efficacy and professional perception on the organizational effectiveness in case of employee of the self-sufficiency promotion agency is as followings.
Firstly, a self-efficacy is positive effected on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the organizational effectiveness' sub-dependent according to the order, otherwise negative on the work performance of the organizational effectiveness' sub-dependent.
Secondly, only systematic theory of professional perception's sub-independent is negative effected on the work performance of the organizational effectiveness' sub-dependent.
Third, according to the order, community sanction, professional culture and systematic theory of professional perception's sub-independent is positive effected otherwise professional authority negative on the organizational commitment of the organizational effectiveness' sub-dependent.
Fourth, according to the order, systematic theory and community sanction of professional perception's sub-independent is positive effected otherwise professional authority negative on the job satisfaction of the organizational effectiveness' sub-dependent.
