This experiment was carried out extracts of the soluble content of calcium, silicate and phosphoric acid with oyster shell powder from the souther coast areas at oyster farming product which we could get new possibility agriculture resource utilize by process of high temperature calcination and chemical reaction solution. The results were summarized as follow;
1. pH and EC in the test sample showed high up to 11.36, 26.0dS m-1with process of high temperature calcination which pH and EC of originally oyster shell sample were 8.32, 13.0dS m-1 by high temperature effect
2. In generally, the water soluble content of calcium in all the test samples extremely low compare to the total calcium content of oyster shell powder during experiment short time
3. Exchange capacity of calcium in oyster shell powder samples has marvelous effect, such as 127.2 mg 100g-1 in originally and 384.3g mg 100g-1 in process of high temperature calcination due to high temperature effect.
4. The soluble content of calcium high showed such as 126.7mg 100g-1n nitric acid reaction solution and 125.8mg 100g-1 in acetic acid reaction solution from originally oyster shell, there the more highest tendency to 136.7mg 100g-1 in hydro chloric acid reaction solution and 131.7g 100g-1 in nitric acid from process of high temperature calcination of oyster shell powder than sulfuric reaction solution
5. The method of silicate extraction in the test sample was get easy through to sulfuric acid reaction addition from oyster shell powder
6. The soluble content of phosphoric acid showed high such as 801.1 mg kg-1 in originally sample and 977.5 mg kg-1 in process of high temperature calcination from oyster shell powder due to high temperature effect
7. In the case of ammonium absorption coefficient in oyster shell powder was high about 2times compare to originally sample according to effect of the pore surface increased due to high temperature
