The main purpose of this syudy is to find out leadership which union leader has to act by being based on influence that they have to members' union commitment.
For the statistical analysis, the main results of the study are as follows.
First, the union leader's transformational leadership and transactional leadership influenced partially positive correlation on the union commitment.
Second, transactional leadership leads to higher union commitment than transformational leadership.
Third, in a place of business of the labor-management relations for companies to carry out activities in a stable manner, transactional leadership leads to higher union commitment than transformational leadership.
The results has found even in union organization give a good meaningful implications for the future study.
