The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between personal attitude, Subjective norm, Perceived behavioral control and entrepreneurial intentions. Based on various previous literature review, personal attitude, Subjective norm, Perceived behavioral control are chosen as the determinants of entrepreneurial intentions.
Data were collected from undergraduates and graduates of the entrepreneurship department, the sample of 162 were used for final analysis. For this study, empirical results and hypotheses were established by reviewing the literature.
SPSS 12.0 is used to test reliability and validity of variable, and regression analysis to identify the relative importance of each variable, and confirmatory factor and path analysis are to identify the causality of each variable.

This study confirmed that personal attitude and Perceived behavioral control had positively effects on entrepreneurial intentions, while, unexpectedly, Subjective norm had on significant effects on entrepreneurial intentions. Another outcome variable, entrepreneurship education was moderated in relationship between Perceived behavioral control and entrepreneurial intentions.
Therefore, it is identified that the important role of entrepreneurship education is facilitatior to have entrepreneurial intentions.
