The purpose of this study is to present internal marketing necessity that helping increase the consumer-oriented thinking as a realize and satisfaction the consumer's needs in a reasonable and effective in the management. And the company's internal marketing division note that the analysis of effects, and competitiveness, an organization of member job satisfaction, consumer orientation and to provide empirical information for preparing concrete measures.
For the purposes of this study, along with theoretical considerations a company's internal marketing, job satisfaction and consumer orientation, set up a total of nine research hypotheses with research on domestic and international leading research concepts through discussion and the conceptual relationship between the impact study.
The study research model is set to work in a company survey data collected from 135 employees, and investigated with data available 126.
The survey period, 22 August to 30 August was approximately one week.
Research hypotheses set for the verification of empirical research methods were used SPSS 17.0 statistical package program.

As a result, there is the Moderating Effect of Job Satisfaction between Internal Marketing(Education Training, Employee welfare and service, Internal communication) and consumer Orientation.
Companies should be identify the needs of internal stakeholders and execute the strategic marketing, centered on the members on the business development activities.
Then it will be very helpful the Job satisfaction, consumer orientation, have a big impact to the strengthen of companies ability and corporate profits. And if the internal stakeholders marketing is success, your external stakeholders marketing will also success, business support will be increase and bring about effective innovation on the inside and outside company
