The world economy in 2011 is dislocated by the economy crisis of U.S.A, on strong yen and a tsunami in Japan. Thus, the growth of world's car selling business has greatly weaken since March, 2011. Also the newly rising markets with China, India have experienced blunting growth. This trend is estimated until 2012 in global, include national condition. AS a result, many companies in Korea recognized the limitation of domestic market, so they are trying to explore ways toward global market by FTA for E.U-Korea and U.S.A-Korea. This paper compares the competitive price between domestic and Japanese firms then to reduce delivery lead time by establishing the hypothesis on the basis of the theory. Actual test results are obtained to present developmental measures.
