This study is derived from the literature study about the subject-specific roles, environmental variables, resources and in-house mechanism as to the activation plan of int'l multimodal transport business according to GSCM extension. And takes notes concretely of GSCM countermeasure by comparing and analyzing business strategy according to domestic internal and external factor derived from Global Forwarding's SWOT analysis of each industrial such as automobile industry, petrochemical industry, construction industry, phamaceutical industry, steel industry, tire industry and shipbuilding industry and the present condition on 2014 logistics industry & world economy's five major risks and logistics industry.
In consequence, for the activation strategy of int'l multimadal transport business, CEO's roles, a form of decision making, a management style and an importance of organizational culture are on the raise as qualitative factors, the innovative vision of the government and administrative organ and the importance on state organ industry as maritime and port are turned out as enterprise external environment factors.
