The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between satisfaction with physical education class and school adjustment in high school students. To achieve this goal, 430 students, who take a physical education class, were collected at high school students in Kangwondo province by convenience sampling and judgemental sampling. Corelation analysis, one-way ANOVA, t-test, factor analysis, and regression were conducted by using SPSS 15.0. The results of this present study were as follows: In individual characteristics according to satisfaction with physical education class were showed difference in the high school students. In individual characteristics according to school adjustment were showed difference in the high school students. And in the satisfaction with physical education class were exert influence on a school adjustment in the high school students.
