Semiconductors, Flate Panel Display of LCD and OLED are the leading countries in the project and has been in development. Dust generated in the semiconductor manufacturing process affect the productivity. Semiconductor manufacturing process, cleaning technology affect the production efficiency of about 30%. In the process of cleaning, glass plate of large scale and the glass surface slightly difficult to achieve uniform cleaning efficiency. So, in order to improve the defects and reduce the cost, need to develop a new mechanism of the Washers. In this paper, using the Venturi effect designs and develops the Panel Display Hybrid Washers. The washer nozzle is designed as a slit-shaped and insure the injection range, the nozzle use by Venturi effect that mix the DI and CDA to micronized.
