In this study, through actual case studies in such a small and medium-sized enterprises, it was trying to seek a solution to the issues that are expected at the time of introduction.
It approached the practical problems, our study takes the method of direct observation and interviews that can collect various opinions in order to achieve the purpose of the study.
As a result, our study proved that among the main necessary factors for the deployment and maintenance of the POP system derived in previous studies, the introduction preparation time of the information system, it is important to clarify the purpose and introduced a range of introduction to the entire organization, the configuration of the project team and pre-education related to the system.
The important factor needed to build the system is the will of a top executive, user training regardless of the introduction stage in addition to the factors mentioned above. These factors have become the most important factor to be continuously carried out from the time of introduction preparation
Moreover, for the system management of companies, continuous upgrade of system, user's regular education, regular fitness evaluation of the system, supplement and improvement of the system, the accuracy of the data, cooperation of the department is important.
It has been found that, in case companies, it is particularly important to maintain the continued success of future system that raise the utilization rate of the system through the regular fitness evaluation and improvement of the system in accordance with the process particularity. In our study, it finds the problems that occur at the time of introduction of the POP system of small and medium-sized companies that owns the automation by order, high-mix low-volume production process.
In the future, it can be used as a successful case for the successful introduction of the POP system processes owned companies as case companies and to provide a practical suggestion of introducing the organization.
