Currently, the educational environment is facing crisis and the future of education cannot be predicted due to decrease in number of students and financial issues of universities. Now, the practical education is emphasized over the theoretical education. The economy and industry are experiencing anxiety due to mismatching of labor force in the industrial sites. In a response, the education field is focusing on cultivating the talent who can satisfy the demand of the industrial sites. Furthermore, the present government designated the employment support project as the primary government task. The business-associated long-term field trainings are provided based on National Competence Standards (NCS) . Also, the foundation of characterization high school and meister high school, establishment of related policies, and foundation of curriculum with 'work to school system' demonstrates the importance of field-based talent cultivation and necessity of cooperation between industry, university, and government.
This study applied SERVQUAL developed by PZB(1988) and SERVPERF model developed by Cronin and Taylor(1992) on field training for business-academic cooperation and examined result. Through the examination, this study tried to emphasize that it is necessary to analyze the educational field in the perspective of service quality measurement. In addition, in technical college, field training is a significant course and lt is classified as the mandatory course. The field training should be studied in detail as it can influence on student' s satisfaction, will for employment, university image, and school loyalty.
For the research, this study conducted survey on students of university at Jeonbuk region who experienced field training. Total of 256 questionnaires were collected and 237 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. For the empirical testing, this study used MS Excel 2010, SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 conducted confirmatory factor analysis and statistical analysis.
The research results and implications were as follows. First, among the field training quality factors, the four factors of credibility, tangibility, certainty, and empathy had significant influence on satisfaction of students while response had no significant influence on student satisfaction. Such result showed that the workers at companies had attitude problems when responding to questions of the trainee and such issues should be handled and improved. Secondly, in the research model, this study established hypothesis that field training quality and satisfaction will be moderated to motivation for field training. However, the research result showed that the external and internal motivation had no moderating effects for students. This is assumed to be caused by the lack of autonomy and diversity in participating for field training and selecting companies. Third, the student satisfaction had significant influence on will for employment and loyalty toward school. Thus, for the long-term development of the university, the students be satisfied with the field training and the higher satisfaction will have positive influence in school loyalty, school image, and student' s will to find the job.
