Stable growth of start-up companies is recognized as an important policy measure in terms of employment creation and national economic revitalization. In Korea, SMEs account for a larger share of the total industry than large corporations, while the SMEs are relatively stagnant and the weight of SMEs is decreasing and the proportion of SMEs is increasing. Such an industrial structure is consequently an important factor in violating the sound development of the entire national economy due to instability and distortions in the employment and capital markets. In the meantime, the proportion of start-up companies that have technological originality and management independence is growing steadily as a high-growth company. Based on this trend, this study assumes ecological environment innovation for start - up companies to grow steadily and develops into high - growth companies, and analyzes empirically and quantitatively the priorities of importance according to the weight of stable growth factors , Suggesting a practical support policy and effective implementation plan at the government level by presenting more specific and customized strategies for the growth of start-up companies.
In this study, empirical analysis was conducted based on the sample of structured questionnaires and 26 samples of AHP analysis for evaluating the weight of the research hypothesis. Among the growth capacities of start - up companies, 'entrepreneurial capacity, technology development capacity, technical commercialization capacity, Management capability 'was adopted, and' organizational system capability 'was rejected. In order to confirm the fitness of the variables and models, regression analysis was performed hierarchically according to the weight based on AHP analysis. Also in this result, the organizational system capacity has no positive effect on the growth of start-up companies . The reason for the rejection of organizational system capacity is that the start-up company reflects the realistic characteristics of the start-up company, which is forced to construct the organizational system after growth rather than introducing the organizational system in advance in order to grow. This characteristic can be a major deficiency in terms of stable growth for start - up companies, and government support policy will be needed as a solution.
Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the effect of regulatory variables through hierarchical regression analysis on the effectiveness and appropriateness of government SME support policy. As a result, the government SME support policy has a significant effect on market and operational performance.
In addition, when the government's support policy for technical commercialization of an individual company is efficiently performed, appropriate adjustment effect has occurred. As a result, in order for the start-up company to achieve stable growth, priority is given to, among other things, It is necessary to concentrate the competency.
