In order to achieve this purpose, this study selected 262 leaders currently engaged in athletic meets or public sports clubs and possessing a life sports instructor license. Among the non-probability sampling methods, 262 final valid copies were statistically selected. Processed.
Statistical processing was performed according to the purpose of analysis using SPSS/PC +26.0 Version for Windows, and a specific method was first performed frequency analysis to find out the frequency of the demographic characteristics of the survey subjects in this study. As a result of analyzing through statistics, the following conclusions were obtained.
First, it was found that demographic characteristics such as gender, marital status, age, and educational background had a significant effect on the sub-factors of job environment and job stress as independent variables, and turnover intention as dependent variables.
Second, it was found that among the sub-factors of the job environment of life sports instructors, interpersonal relations and job competency improvement had a significant effect on turnover intention.
Third, it was found that among the sub-factors of job stress of life sports instructors, relations with superiors and administrative factors had a significant effect on turnover intention.
As a result of the synthesis, the result was that the job environment and job stress of the life sports instructor had a significant effect on turnover intention.
Based on the results of the thesis, efforts should be made to prevent and reduce the turnover rate of life sports instructors through efforts to improve the work environment of life sports instructors and to create a smooth work system between organizations by reducing job-related stress.
