The purpose of this study is to suggest research directions for studies related to the prevention and intervention of each school violence role types through the analysis of research focused on each role type. For this purpose, the keywords and topic of this research has been analyzed and extracted from 633 abstracts from 2004 to 2020 focused on said school violence role types.
The main analysis results are the derivation of 12 topics: School environment factors that affect school violence, support for school violence victims and the prevention of perpetrators, psychological factors caused by school violence damage, personal and family environmental factors of bullying, school violence prevention law on victims and perpetrators, measures, risk factors and protection factors related to school violence victims, bullying and neglect, bullying and the role of neighbors, factors related to school violence counseling intervention, school violence experience types and environmental factors, group therapy program after school violence experience, cyberbullying and verbal violence. Based on these results, education and counseling for individuals involved in school violence role types, as well as action plans for schools and local communities to prevent school violence, have been devised.
