An Analytical Study on the Learning of the Right to Lifelong Education
In this article, by studying the right of lifelong education, the following three conclusions are elicited.
The right of lifelong education is defined as the right owned by the people to improve themselves, and seek their own welfare throughout their entire lives, by achieving the goal of the basic idea including human dignity and the pursuit of happiness, promulgated in the Constitution,
The right of lifelong education is the basis of the approach to the right to learn in the sense that it assumes the lifelong education to be one of the basic human rights, and the right to learn is one of the most important human rights which must not be restricted at any cost.
The right of lifelong education is also the basis of 'the Principle of a welfare state' supported by the idea of 'the welfare for education', and achieving 'the open-door principle for improvement of the national standard of living' and the idea of 'the maintain of human dignity and the pursuit of happiness'
