The paper examines Jeju island destination in terms of attractiveness between fall and winter. The attributes were investigated using the IPA(Importance-Performance) analysis. A total of 366 respondents were surveyed at the Jeju airport on October and February. Respondents are required to rate attractiveness attributes. IPA analysis proved the research result are then plotted on a two-dimensional matrix. The common results indicate that those who were visited Jeju island choice quadrantⅠ(Keep it up) attributes, such as natural attraction, scenery, public hygiene, safety, and accommodation. Quadrant Ⅱ(Concentration) attributes, such as residents’ attitude against tourists, should be changed for the better situation. Sports activity, shopping, information, theme park, festival and event, night-time entertainment, and educational facilities are positioning to the quadrant Ⅲ(Low priority). The results of this study may support the tourism destination management and planner to understand the way of satisfying island tourist. This paper concluded with implications for the attractiveness in island destination.
