The globalization, development of high technology, and recruitment of training human resources are the main paradigm of 21st century required to all industries. Especially the tourism industry which is very labour-concentrated requires continuous provide of well educated human resources. While the importance of educating human resource is increasing, the current curriculum of college could not guarantee to provide well-educated human resource not only with knowledge but also with filed experience.
Therefore, the low practicality of graduated student in tourism industry reveals many problems in current curriculum. Education of well-skilled human resource is indispensible in preparation of growing international competitiveness of tourism with the development of information technology, internet, and data-based experience management for variety of tourism.
Consequently, this rearch examines several alternatives to propose new form and content of curriculum, practical instruction of foreign language, new approach to collaboration between tourism industry and academy in current tourism curriculum of college. And also this study contribute to develop new reforming curriculum of tourism education that is consistent with the requirement of both tourism education in practice and tourism industries.
