This study was focused on the relations with service quality and customer satisfaction for small hotel in Busan to overcome the difficulity of general problems for small hotels. And there are implication to test the relations with service quality and customer satisfaction for small hotel industry as follows.
First, there are increasing needs to develop mutual brand for small hotel in Busan. Second, there are necessity to make mutual buying for hotel supply and goods to make comfortable cost for all small hotels, and mutual marketing effect was realized under the mutual brand strategy. Third, there are important practice to develop mutual reservation system.
