This research attempts to show that the convention industry is one of the fastest developing industries with a brightly prospect, and is being watched worldly with interest for its large scaled meeting facilities being established and expanded The attempt improves the service through the relationship marketing, in the convention industry to develop their competitive power in the daily fierce mternational economy.
Korean convention industry lack in the absence of full-sized convention centers, lack in expertise m international conference, lack in focus upon the capital of international affairs, lack in international airline network, lack in mutual aid network with their allied industries, lack in information about international conference and the lack of advertisement and enticement are some of the problems that are in hand which are reasons to restricting the international conference and the industries associated with them. Especially the hotel convention industry are being pointing out problems with the continuous transactions between the customer and the service providers because the minor domestic scale is becoming a competition with the great large scaled international industries. The specific service supplied between the transactions of the customer and the service providers in a hotel convention play important roles that show the customer relations and the quality of the industry. Visualizing in this point of view, this research is to show what relationships between the hotel convention and the quality of service have in effect.
