The paper investigated variables and hypotheses that can be expressed as Organizational Citizenship Behavior according to Supporting leadership, antecedents of Personal-Organizational Fit by employees in hotel. It resulted that Hypothesis 1" Job Satisfaction of Hotel employees will grow higher as leadership Supporting raises" was adopted so it was founded that Job Satisfaction grows higher as leadership Supporting raises.
Hypothesis 2 " Job Satisfaction of Hotel employees will grow higher as Personal-Organizational Fit raises" was adopted so it was founded that Job Satisfaction grows higher as Personal-Organizational Fit raises.
Hypothesis 3 " Organizational Citizenship Behavior will grow higher as Job Satisfaction increases" was adopted so it was founded that Organizational Citizenship Behavior grows higher as Job Satisfaction increases.
