The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of psychological empowerment on job satisfaction among airline's employees in multiple ways in accordance with organizational demography and to present positive materials for efficient human resources management.
In order to achieve the purpose of this study, a hypothesis is proposed based on preceding studies and the hypothesis is verified through statistical analysis. As the study result, the psychological empowerment of airline's employees has an positive effect on job satisfaction, and it is proved that sub-psychological empowerment has a different effect on job satisfaction according to the organizational demography.
The conclusion of this study proposes results and limitations of this study and study tasks hereafter.
