The competitive environment of the travel agency business, demend practical use of internet network in travel agency. Accordingly, it is importent that business mind in digital management. The purpose of the study is to find some important factors to management strategy in the travel agency.,and then suggest important factors. This paper suggest e-marketing strategy, target segment marketing, positioning strategy, web traffic building strategy in the travel agency management. This study suggested that there needs e-marketing controlling in the travel agency management.
