The researcher conducted survey with questionnaire on job satisfaction of the crew in Korean airlines and analyzed several crucial factors in their acknowledging job satisfaction. In case of K airline, the crew responded in an order of 1) salary, 2) job itself, 3) working conditions, 4) companypolicy 5) communication In A airline, the crew answered in an order of 1) salary, 2) working condition 3) job itself, 4) communication 5) company policy.
Meanwhile, by job satisfaction factors, in case of A airline, the crew preferred in an order of salary, job itself, working conditions, which was simlier to that of the crew in K airline. Why did the human relations factor in 2nd position in case of A airline goes down to 4th in K airline? In case of A airline, flight experience and period of the crew were relatively little and short because 43% of the sampling crew had less than 2 years of flight and 62.1% less than 4 years. While, in case of K airline, 40% of the whole crew had flight experience of from 7 to 10 years and another 40% had more than 10 years of flight experience. Given the fact, the crew of K airline seen to have relatively little chance to feel stress ad conflict from human and many of them appear to have already overcome the problems resulted human relations.
