The purpose of this thesis is to test the effects and correlations among leadership, trust, empowerment and try to analyze how much possibly influences to empowerment by the transformational leadership and transactional leadership. Second, this research is know the effect of trust to empowerment. Third, this research wanted to know the mediating effect of trust when leadership affects empowerment.
Applying SPSS-PC way, we operated the analyses of frequency, reliability and factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis also.
According to statistical analysis, trust have an affirmative impact on empowerment of employees. This research, the point that both the transformational leadership and transactional leadership give the positive effects on the trust.
