A Major influence on the effective performance of the travel agency is the nature of the leader-employee relationship. The leadership also affects the employee organizational commitment. Leadership is a process concerning the relationship between two or more people in which one attempts to influence the other toward the accomplishment of some goal. Leadership is more important in travel agency organizations because which are highly dependent on human resources compare with other organizations.
The purpose of this research is to examine what is the desirable behaviors of leader to promote leadership performance of the travel agency employees and to examine the elements which affect the leadership in this analysis, and to establish the empirical model about leadership.
