With application of various motivation factors verified in the prior researches to exhibitions and fairs held in China and based on the level of Visitors' Motivation and satisfaction, this study seeks to propose possible ways to strengthen china service competitiveness of exhibition industries.
According to the findings, to begin with, visitors' motivation factors to the convention center that affected the overall satisfaction to participation in it were revealed as Charm of the Show" and "Self-development and Information" factors. This study is measured by four factors ranging from demographic characteristics, type of convention, purpose of participation, frequency of convention participation to the number of revisit, and number of accompanied participants etc. Also, we analyzed motivation out four main factors and performed to analyze the difference among type of convention, difference of each factors. For the actual test of these hypotheses, surveys were conducted with a convenience sample of 320 adults who had participated in conferences, exhibitions, fairs, and events held in Daren and Simsu in China. Cronbach's a coefficient was calculated and factor analysis was executed to verify the data reliability and validity.
