The Purpose of this study is to diagnose the investment screen system managed by local autonomy governments in Jeon-Buk province for the purpose of spending local budgets more efficiently and to find out the problems disturbing the attainment of the operational objectives of the system and to propose alternatives plausible to solve the problems.
Seven local autonomy governments including Jeon-Ju city are studied and the manpower, operational method, and screen criteria of their screen system are mainly focused to get the purpose of this study.
The alternatives to be reconsidered to lessen or solve the problems disturbing the vitalization of the investment screen system are shown with relation to the specialization of manpower, the objectivity of investment screen criteria, etc.
