As the circumstances of business change rapidly, a great number of enterprises are now preparing to introduce and establish ERP systems to keep up their competitiveness. The purpose of this study is personnel module in ERP. The method is literature review. Generally ERP systems are personnel module, production module, marketing module, accounting module.
The introduction of ERP systems is not always effective in business without definite objectivity, proper selection of packages, strong intentions of the CEO, and the participation of employees. At present the pivot of business is going to be changed from the production to the customer. For this reason, the business activity is moving on the real-time come from the business operation in the Network System and the management working by the Electronic Commerce to Internet. the company can not be survive by the traditional management system.
The limitations' of this study is in the infants of introducing ERP systems Korean businesses. And most companies have established ERP systems already, and they are not willing to disclose their inadequnence. The method of the study is literature survey. The limitation of the paper is not accomplish empirical study. The future research will accomplish study and empirical study using Korea firm.
