The paper has attempted to analyse the results and present status of the 3rd local elections which were held concurrently at the nation-wide level by using various standards such as region, party, age, actual result of tax payments, record of military service, a criminal record, and the rate of votes obtained. This paper also attempted to examine those meanings of differences.
The result of local elections have generally indicated similar distributions of three times elected person in terms of regional differences. In terms of party-level status, the result of elections have shown that most heads of self-governing body where they belong to predominating parties backed up by their unqualified support have been elected. It has also demonstrated that heads of self-governing body three times elected person are an average 3 and half year older than other others. However, the present status of the election result has indicated nothing difference in terms of academic careers among all elects. Overwhelmingly, total numbers (37/40) heads of self-governing body three times elected person are from appointive former governmental officials, politicians, and head of district, county, and city. Heads of three times elected person have shown higher rate of tax payments results than others. But, there seems no difference among the elect in terms of military service. Lastly, in terms of the rate of votes obtained, three times elected person have an average 4% higher obtained than others.
In conclusion, mentioned above the result of local elections by comparison, heads of self-governing body three times elected person have been predominating positions in all aspects.
