Recently, the government made reforms Eup·Myon·Dong system as field service to the community center. The object of community center to increase all the resident's the quality of life through the operation of cultural, welfare, beneficial facilities and to play a centripetal role in raising the consciousness of self-governing and community through the participation of residents. But, contrary to the expectations, the community center has pointed out several questions on functional and operational system.
One of the most important long-term revenue decisions the community center makes is when to locate its operation. The selection of location and site for a service obviously depends on a number of factors and trade offs among benefits and costs. The measures of benefits that arise from an arrangement of sites within a service area are (1) distance, (2) time, and(3)cost.
The load-distance method brings together concerns of proximity during the early stages of location analysis. By making a full grid or patterned search of an area. an analyst identifies locations resulting in lower Id scores. The center of gravity of an area is a good starting point for making a patterned search.
The purpose of this paper is to select some central community center based on center of gravity method and the location selection method for multiple sites develloped by Park Dae Seok
