This study researched into how the person with disability access and use electronic and information technology assistive device and how they realize the importance and the need of electronic and information technology assistive device on purpose to produce the basic data and resource for making systematic and comprehensive public policy which was affecting electronic and information technology assistive device development and supply of assistive device.
