Those interested are take a growing interest in social employment. Social employment is different from traditional employment in that it has for its object the promotion of public profit and improvement of quality of life for the community or people. Therefore social employment differs traditional employment in various aspects and many people don't understand its nature or value.
The purpose of this paper is to introduce the overview of social employment for promoting interests of the people in that it is unfamiliar to the most people.
Social employment is a valuable mechanism in creating employment or improving the quality of life for the people. Enterprises are seldom interest in social employment because of low profitability or obscurity.
This paper is to suggest three ideas for positioning social employment. For the first time, the government should revise rationally the concerned laws for social employment. Enterprises should be interested in social employment and donate to government or nonprofit organization as a responsibility for their growth. People have to be interest in and participate in social issues the same as social employment.
