There has been a renewal of interest in the organizational integration, especially among local governments. From central government to local government, the organizational integration has been veiwed as a way to improve overall administrative abilities. The purpose of this study is to inquire into the problems of the agricultural administration organizations, and suggest the methods of the organizational integration in local governments. This paper argues that the case of S-city gives some lessons to the organizational management for the agricultural administration in Korea. Those lessons are associated with the following aspects: the integration management of the agricultural administration organizations, the systematization of the customer-oriented administration and the conflict management for the organizational members, etc.
