Antifungal and bioactivities of the essential oil from the Pinus densiflora were investigated. Signification antifungal effective values by paper-disc method showed against Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus and Aspergillus niger. And alsohigh bioactive values were expressed against air-born bacteria.
Most effective bioactive components of essential oil were volatile low polymeric chemical(DP 800-1500), β-pinene, α-terpinolene, α-terpinene, bornylacetate, γ-elemene, Junipene, β-cedrene, Caryophyllene, Widdrene, Cardinene, β-cubebene, α-selinene, Rimuene, α-guaiene etc.
