세계 문화콘텐츠시장의 최근 변화추세는 크게 두 가지의 방향성을 보여주고 있다. 장르
와 플랫폼이 통합되고, 교차되면서 새로운 변형장르와 확대된 플랫폼이 등장하는 형태를
보여주고 있으며, 다른 방향으로는 장르와 플랫폼 자체에서 각각 전문화되고 모듈화되는
경향까지 보여준다. 본 논문은 이러한 시장변화에 탄력적으로 적응하기 위한 만화애니메
이션전공 대학교육의 대안연구이다. 문화콘텐츠시장변화에 지속성 있는 대학교육의 대
안으로는 특성화, 융합화, 산학연계방식, 인턴방식 등을 들 수 있다. 대학교육은 전문화
된 틈새시장의 교육을 통해 새롭게 제시되는 분야의 다양한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 연관
학문분야와의 연계를 통합 융합전공교육을 강화해야 한다. 또한 연계산업분야의 실무진
과 산학연계프로그램을 강화하고, 실질적인 인턴쉽의 기회를 다각적으로 모색해야 한다.The world market of cultural contents has been unified and has evolved in two
ways. First of all, genres and media platforms have been converged while each genre and platform has been specialized and modularized. This has resulted from the new efforts to develop fast and efficiently and expand the market. It has been 13 years since major of cartoon and animation has begun as an independent sector of university in Korea. But it can not apply itself with the change of a new trends of cultural contents.
This study tries to suggest an alternative for the cartoon and animation to fir for
the new market. There are many ways which can improve the college education like specification, convergence, correlation of the industrial-academic sectors, and introduction of internship. The university must provide its students with a customized niche education to complete the specification of it major and try to converge the diverse majors to bring up all-round players. In addition, it should reinforce a substantial industrial-academic cooperation and run several internship programs to give a good chance to both students and firms.
