In the field of Tourism Service regarding the human resources as the most important one, with the clear understanding on individuals' needs and their inclinations and well-trained ability of handling, it is possible to achieve the success in business by enhancing the sense of fulfillment in duties of employees and by leading the customers satisfaction with grasping the inclinations of customers easily. Since the first impression influences the image of a company, the follower should understand it is very important task whether a follower may have the followership as the person deciding the company's image or not. According to these characteristics, it is necessary to make sure to examine the difference, the level of needs satisfaction and the sense of fulfillment in duties.
