This study was conducted to examine the effect relationship among participation motivation, satisfaction, behavioral intentions, and then to verify characteristics of sport-event spectator groups, departmentalized by participation motivation. The results of this study elicited some implications. First, according to analysis results about the effect relationship among participation motivation, satisfaction, intentions, 『game commitment』 of participation motivations had positive(+) influence on satisfaction, and satisfaction seemed to have positive(+) effect on behavioral intentions. Second, departmentalizing results of spectator groups, based on the participation motivation, showed that age of cluster 1 was comparatively equal, and cluster2, on the other hand, was mainly formed consisting of 20s-30s. A common feature of both groups is to visit with friend & family in the stadiums. Meanwhile, Cluster 1 seemed to have more proportion in the revisiting experience, as well as to have higher mean about satisfaction and behavioral intentions, than cluster 2.
