The purpose of this study is to investigate effects of the Ballet Program on pre-service early-childhood teacher sphysical self-efficacy. Then the former group participated in the ballet program for 12 weeks, but the latter was not treated in any way. The subjects' physical self-efficacy was examined by means of a questionnaire 1 week before the 12-week ballet program finished.

In regard to physical self-efficacy, its sub-areas such as perceived physical capability and physical self-expression were all significantly improved in part of the experimental group. In conclusion, the Ballet Program has positive effects on pre-service early-childhood teacher physical self-efficacy. This means that the program could be an effective way to promoting early-childhood teacher.
