본 연구는 사회복지현장실습을 종결한 실습생이 학교에 제출하는 실습평가서를 분석하여 실습교육의 실천적 지침을 제시하고, 개선 방향이 무엇인지 제공하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 C 대학교의 2000년부터 2008년까지의 학기 중과 방학 중 실습 종결 뒤, 제출된 실습평가서(2003년 평가서 제외) 총 250개를 선정하여 내용분석법으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 긍정적인 평가 영역으로 실습생 자신의 평가에서는 다른 실습생과의 관계, 실습기관의 평가에서는 수퍼바이저의 전문성, 학교에 대한 평가에서는 실습세미나 부문이었고, 부정적인 평가 영역으로 실습생 자신의 평가에서는 업무 조절능력, 실습기관의 평가에서는 실습 수퍼바이저에 대한 만족도, 학교에 대한 평가에서는 실습 오리엔테이션(OT)으로 나타났다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 효과적인 사회복지현장실습을 위한 실천적?이론적 함의를 제시하였다.The purpose of this study presented the practical guidelines for student practice education and provided what the improvement plans were, as having students who completed the social welfare practice analyze their practice records to submit the college. The research was conducted as the evaluations of the practical fields by the students after the practical fields. The researcher made the data lists for the study and reviewed the evaluations which are composed of C university's records between 2000 and 2008. The samples consisted of 250 subjects by descriptive analysis. As the result, Regarding the positive effects in this study, Not only it was important to keep the relationship of other practice students for students' self evaluations but also supervisor's specialty affected the evaluation of practice institutes. Besides, the seminars in university gave positive effects the self assessments about that academy. On the contrary, there are three negative influences in this study. First, controlling ability to work had an influence on students' self evaluations, and satisfaction of supervisor was related to the facility's evaluation. Finally, the orientation of practical fields was affected to the university's assessment. The study suggested the effective integration between the seminars in the university and the practice fields for social welfare.
