The objective of this study is to review the importance of human resources management(HRM), job competence and organization performance in Hotel Business. It also allows to invigorate efficiently human resource policy in hotel due to grasping the difference of perception on HRM among employees. For the purpose of this study, a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed to participants between April 10, 2010 to May 10 and 242 returned, yielding a response rate of 81%. Of the 242 returned responses, 14 were discarded due to substantial missing information. Thus, 228 responses were used for analysis. The hypotheses of this study can be summarized as follows. First, this study models and tests hypotheses regarding with how a company’s HRM affects organizational effectiveness. Secondly, this study introduces that the employee’s perception of accurate understanding of the objectiveness and role clarity should be compatibilities between HRM and organizational performance.
