Supply chain management is the 21st century global operation strategy for achieving organizational competitiveness. SCM of the strategic importance is equally applied in the chinese market. So we are attempting to investigate the relationship of e-SCM adoption factors(network effects, expected benefits, relational specific assets and adoption costs), adoption's degrees (breathe, depth and volume) and performances(strategic effectiveness and operational efficiency) of Korea firms and their suppliers in China. To analyze a suggested research model, we collected the data from Korea firms and their suppliers in China. Our analysis showed that network effects and expected benefits are positively related to breath and depth of e-SCM adoption. There was positive relationship between breathe and depth of e-SCM and performance.
