The purpose of this study is to verify the structural relationship a perceived quality, experience value, satisfaction and revisit intention in exhibition. To test each measures; predictive utility in this context with AMOS. Sampling in this study is limited to the Korean visitors in 'Busan IT EXPO' convention in Busan BEXCO. The responders included 247. Data were analyzed by frequency, factor analysis, and AMOS. As the result, 4 typical factors of perceived quality were major to influence on the experience value. Also 4 typical factors of experience value were major to influence on the satisfaction. And satisfaction was major to influence on the revisit intention. The analyzed results in this paper would be only a starting point for further researches. Thus, based upon this paper, the future study should be examined more specifically about the relations between various socioeconomic status and the other concerns.
