This study shows what strategic factors affect Chinese buyer's loyalty. In other words, this study provides exporters with information on strategic factors to secure loyalty for Chinese buyer. Further it intends to provide necessary strategic implications to secure global competitive power of Korean products.
When Korea exporters build up individual strategies moves onto Chinese market characteristic, for stronger competitive power about the Chinese buyer's satisfaction will go up.
this satisfaction improvement affects the Relationships between the traders themselves in an amicable way,which also contributes to maintaining loyalty. Furthermore, what buyer's priorities factors are needs to be figured out when Korea exporters export their products as every other country has their own trade priorities factors.
Therefore, more effective trade Relationships should be followed through focusing on each trade factor in differential way with the through analytical researches shown in this study.
