As the environment around hotel organization is rapidly changing. The management to practice an excellent and effective leadership is earnestly required to managers. Especially, as hotel enterprises are faced with the system of completely tree competition, the leadership of the manager of business unit is very important in relation to the survival and development of enterprise. This study was to find out the effect of transformational leaderships, followership and employees' job attitude. The locus of the analysis is to examine the followership's mediating effect. To do this, the analytic model and hypotheses were created and tested. The questionnaire was distributed from Sep 6th to Sep 20th 2011. The results of the study were as follows. Authors found that transformational leadership had a significant effect on employees' job attitude. And when comparing the indirect and direct effects of the mediating variables through path analysis within followership, the mediating effects of followership on the relationship between transformational leadership and employees' job attitude were confirmed.
