연구목적: 본 연구에서 피부관리사의 전문직업성, 직무스트레스, 사회적지지 및 직무만족도의 실태를 파악하고, 이들변수 간의 관련성을 탐색하여 피부관리사의 직무만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 마련하기 위하여 기초자료를 제공하고자한다.
연구방법: 피부관리실에 근무하는 원장, 실장 및 매니저급, 피부관리사를 대상으로 자기기입식 단면적 조사방법을 이용하였다. 수거된 설문지는 220부였으며, 이 중 일부 문항에 응답이 누락되거나 불성실한 설문지 13부를 제외한 총 207부를 분석에 사용하였고, 조사기간은 2011년 4월 25일부터 5월 16일까지 3주간이었다.
연구결과: 직무만족도에 가장 영향을 주는 변수는 직업전문성의 하위척도 중 직업성취감, 직업인식 및 직무스트레스의변수 순으로 나타났다.
결론: 피부관리사의 전문직업성과 직무스트레스가 직무 만족도에 주요한 변수로 나타나 피부미용사의 직업에 대한 인식 및 태도를 향상시키고, 직무스트레스를 완화 시킬 수 있는 중재 프로그램의 개발을 통하여 직무만족도를 개선할 수있는 방법이 필요한 것으로 보인다.Objectives: This study was conducted to identify the factors that affect job satisfaction and its association with professional job perception, job stress and social support among skin care experts.
Methods: The study subjects were 207 skin care experts in Ilsan area. A cross-sectional study with self-administered questionnaire was used to collect data. A questionnaire measuring socio-demographic and job related variables, professional job perception, job stress and social support was used. ANOVA and hierarchical multiple regression were used for analysis.
Results: Job related variables, professional job perception, job stress and social support were different in education level, job position, length of job and monthly income. Job satisfaction was positively correlated with professional job perception, social support, while it was negative correlated with job stress. The factors which affect job satisfaction were professional job perception and job stress after controling other variables.
Conclusion: The findings suggest that the future intervention of improving job satisfaction programs among skin care experts should be carefully considered by the level of professional job perception and job stress.
