The objective of this paper is to design a framework of PLC code validation and verification between multi real PLC and virtual PLC simulator using OPC. To aim of validation logic is controlled very complicated in the manufacturing line into the multi PLC system. We approached two kinds of approaches, which are OPC network connection and discrete event control using Timed FSA(Finite State Automata). OPC is doing network connection for the different PLC system communication protocol. Timed-FSA is to design definition of Generic model. After that, it simulates PLC program validation physical PLC input and output signal and simulator.
In this framework is available to reduce production loss and optimizing product line errors and early detection of error, minimizing of product line lead time.
