This research was able to reach the following conclusions through skin color tests to prove the effects improving skin color by each
single dietary treatment of collagen and vinegar, and the complex dietary treatment of collagen and vinegar for the women in their 50s-
60s whose aging processes have been accelerated. In the results of analysis of facial skin color average variation by increase %, the
collagen+vinegar group showed variation of skin color with 8.44%, as the effects of skin color changes in the added value of collagen
group and vinegar group .In the analysis of variation in facial melanin levels, the collagen+vinegar group showed 2.9fold more decreased
in the forehead part than variation of decreased melanin levels of collagen group, and the left eye point decreased 1.17fold, right eye
point decreased 1.1fold, left cheek decreased 1.17fold, and right cheek and chin decreased each 1.5fold, 1.13fold more which melanin
levels of vinegar decreased. Therefore, it is confirmed that complex diet of collagen with vinegar made that skin color brightened and
skin pigmentation improved more than single dose. In the analysis of variation in facial erythema level, the collagen+vinegar group
showed 1.3fold more decreased in the forehead part than variation of decreased erythema levels of collagen group, and left eye point
decreased 1.4fold, right eye point decreased 1.3fold, left cheek decreased 1.3fold, and chin decreased 1.2fold and right cheek decreased
1.2fold more than the vinegar group which variation of erythema level decreased. Therefore, it is confirmed that multiple dose of
collagen with vinegar made that skin color brightened and skin erythema improved more than single dose.
