This study investigated the effect on improvement of nail, aimed at women in their 40 s, 50 s, 60 s who begun to suffer from aging and
were expected to be in hypochlorhydria, and conducted a 12-weeks dietary experiment to 11 persons in each group, by categorizing into
complex diet group of collagen+vinegar(C+V), single diet group of collagen(C), single diet group of vinegar(V) and control group(Cont).
The results could be arranged as follows; Brightness in nail color of C+V group was shown to be most improved, Nail thickness of C+V
group was shown to be increased 1.5 times that of C group. Nail density of C+V group was shown to be increased 1.9 times that of C
group. Health of nail surface of C+V group was shown to be more improved for roughness and cracks compared to C group, V group.
From above result, we found that Complex diet group of Collagen+Vinegar had a greater effect on improvement of nail than Single diet
group of Collagen or Vinegar respectively, putting women in their 40 s, 50 s, 60 s into object.
