The purpose of this research was to study the effects of the unitive AAC intervention using VOCA which included SAL(the System for Augmenting Language) and prompting process and reinforcement intervention strategy. The participants of this research were three elementary school students with severe cerebral palsy age ranging from 8-10. All three students had difficulty of verbal communication. This study used multiple probe baseline design across the participants. Each participants were taught to use VOCA. The results of this research were as follows; 1)The intervention of the unitive AAC using VOCA increased the frequency of communication behaviors of elementary students with severe cerebral palsy during class activity. 2)The intervention of the unitive AAC using VOCA also diversified the communication functions of participants. 3)In communication models, the intervention of the unitive AAC using VOCA increased the frequency of VOCA plus verbal language. 4)The intervention increased the frequency of mixture of a symbol. also, these changes were generalized with others and maintained highly. This research proved that the unitive AAC intervention using VOCA leaded developmental of language(increased communication behaviors and spoken language, primary semantic development) with celebral palsy
