This study was conducted on the users of 5 sports centers located in Seoul, South Korea, 361 of whom were selected to be the final respondents in accordance with the convenient sampling method. With the derived data, this study made a frequency analysis to analyze categorical variables, a factor analysis to analyze the characteristics and validity of each variable, a reliability analysis to analyze the consistency of results, a correlation analysis to measure the solidity of correlation and a multiple regression to measure the causality by the use of Windows SPSS 16.0. The significance level was defined as where the alpha-value equaled 0.05. The followings show the results. First, users’ behavioral patterns, service satisfaction and use satisfaction were correlated with each other. Second, users who showed leading behavior had positive influence on the employees’ services and use satisfaction. Third, users who showed stable behavior positively had positive recognition in relation to major facilities, subsidiary facilities, the contribution to the community, employees’ quality, the satisfaction at exercise programs and use satisfaction. Fourth, users who showed prudent behavior had positive influence on major facilities, subsidiary facilities, exercise programs, the satisfaction at trainers’ services and use satisfaction.
